Tortelloni stuffed with asparagus in Genovese sauce (which is not pesto alla Genovese)
Another perfect day for a bbq so I grilled some bruschettas,ribs ,a fillet and italian pork liver sausages (now you know it's not chorizo ,nothing to do with)
washed with a bottle of Sangiovese superiore
to end on a sweet note had a millefoglie with strawberries and mascarpone cream ,this time a opted for a glass of Marsala gran riserva
