    There was one but not for the Independence Day, I'll try to find those photos.
    They planed to but there is no money for them.

    Not exactly. There are money for fairly promising acquisitions and upgrades, not for super duper renovations but still...
    To get the ball rolling, some politicians have to take the finger out of their butt and start dealing with the defence issues properly.
