    The sound of these rapid-fire, multi-barreled machineguns just makes me wish that I'd never be caught in the croshairs of one.

    Great solution for the Kas'am rocket problem.
    Place a few of thouse around Sderot and you got an excelent system against everything .

    Do anybody thinks about all the lead this gun is pumping into the enviroment ? I mean this stuff will land somewhere, and i hope its not a market place in baghdad...

    The ground based version fires explosive shells that detonate on impact or at a preset distance. This is a modification to avoid 'friendly' fire, the original naval version uses tungsten or uranium bullets.

    They could also use Skyranger...the Millenium gun with AHEAD ammo in a land vehicle, in this case the Piranha III.

    That lead is going back where it came from, the earth. If a weapon system like that is firing on a market place I think pollution is probably the smallest of your worries.

    Amazing firepower, they need to put that on an abrams chassis for city fighting I think they are not antieverything, afaik they can't shoot down sunburn's.

    I don't think the C-RAM needs to shoot down Sunburns, you don't often see anti-ship missiles being used on land installations.
