Are Vystrels for FSIN armed like the one on picture or only unarmed?

Thanks in advance for border guard polar vehicles. Does army have special polar vehicles or they use regular BMPs and BTRs in polar regions?

i saw only unarmed in FSIN, armed versions are for Border guards

I think Army use regular armoured vehicles in polar regions with winter petrolium, but other ministries are trying to find special polar vehicles - usually different types of allterrain track-type vehicles.

Ushanka, valenki and tulup (no joke - tulup and valenki, used in case of cold&frosty or strong windy weather during winter time, are items statutory by RA guard manual - and not only in polar regions)
They say, for FSB border guards and range of SpN some cool stuff like fleece, polartec, windblock, goretex whatever else out\undererwear, BDUs, gloves, mittens, boots, caps and so on are made\bought from SPOSN, SPLAV and some less boosted brands.
