    They only do this in politics, a standard Russian greeting is a firm handshake...I've never seen men do this in public, EVER.

    actually, among Russian gangs and wannabe gangsters: handshake, hug, and cheek to cheek contact combination is standard.

    As far I know 7 were built. One unit with 6 Ka-50 and 1 Ka-29 was deployed in Chechnya for testing in conflict environment.
