IIRC the whole plant was in Ukraine (Charkov?) and when USSR ceased to exist the Russians lost all the developement and production facilities of T-80s. That's why T-90 is a modernised version of T-72 not T-80.

T-90 as you said is a modernised version of T-72 because T-80 has different unique engine and T-80 will has his own modernised versions

USSR had plans produced T-80 in different parts of the country, one of them was in Ukraine,but other at Russian territory

Modernization is maybe not the right word, i mean they made the Black Eagle from the T-80, used it as the basis for the Black Eagle.

Black Eagle has different chassis, you can look at it pics and see that they are not the same. T-80 chassis was used just for one of prototypes, if Black eagle would enter servise it would have its own chassis.

Take a look at square cells of which the screen is made of. LCD panels combined into a single screen.
