    Sad sad music videos.

R.I.P to the heros. You were getting ****ed when sold out by the generals, and every other ****ty decision ever made in war.

To those who Serve and are proud. All the best to you. God Bless

Special Unit Spetsnaz. Mad respect. My life is nothing compared to yours.

Thanks zg18, I watched that on TV yesterday and was kicking myself for not having a DVD ready to record it.
To others: the above link is to a program on Russia Today about one strategic rocket force base in Russia. It is in English and I found it was very interesting. It lets you download the video, which is 116MBs.

BTW regarding discussion on PAK-DA can I invite those interested to continue here: http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums...160567&page=20 to avoid discussion filling up a photo thread.

I made this video for my friend and his unit, a while back. Love how my stuff gets passed around. But its for the good cause, good cause.

You can see that each of the pilots on the photo below is holding the "bitch" under his right arm. This way
AKSU does not interfere with the parachute in case the helicopter would have been shot down.

Notice heavy-caliber S-8 unguided missiles and "Sturm" ATGM with a
    thermobaric warhead.

    1) Damage inflicted by a DShK heavy MG.

    2) A pilot in a ballistic vest. Notice "velcro" on the helmet to attach additional
    titanium armor.

That's right. Many Russian helicopters, including the Hind family have provisions for parachutes for the crew, the Ka-50/52 even having ejection seats.
