I do not think it is something new, looks like a bit updated and redesigned version of the KBP Tula's A91 assault rifle with Picatinny rails and the ejection windows re-located from the upper part to the side of the receiver.

Type of cartridge it fired? I'm guessing .338 Lupa... Or possibly that newer 9.3x64mm Russian sniper round... Or is it just a .50 cal (Russian)?
    Unlikely...

Compare width of magazine. At VSSK a cartridge 12,7 × 97 - it obviously is wider.
    Maybe it's 12,7 x 39???

The scheme there standard, Tula, a question - that for a cartridge? It not 5,45.

I wasn't even referring to this picture at all... I was asking about the rifle in a video... Some1 already answered my question, thanks though...

    The Tula Arms Plant produces:
    1. 9-mm Small-Sized Submachine Gun SR-3 (9x39)
    2. 9-mm Special Machine Carbine AS (9x39)
    3. 9-mm Special Sniping Rifle VSS (9x39)

The question - that can be new, and furthermore - secret in other machine carbine 9х39? Especially - that there are also similar products of other manufacturers?
P.S. By the way - why such a long barrel in 9x39?

This is Saint Nicholas. Here you go - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Nicholas.

There's no difference between Su-32 (Su-32FN to be fair) and Su-34, Su-32 is the old designition of the aircraft.
