Interesting modernization of old Osa, which make it modern and still very capable for another 20 years. From outside it have new missiles, another antenna for data link, new optical system and new vehicle. Comparing to original Osa, this vehicle have lower clearance than original vehicle, so it would be interesting to know if it have the same cross country capabilities as original one. Anyway, this modernization could be very interesting for a lot of Osa users.

That's not warranted. The fellow looked a bit strange to me from start as well - almost too archetypal to be real. Anyway, instead of flying off the handle why don't you explain why his suspicion is unwarranted.
I understand that Spentsnaz GRU fellows do/did wear regular VDV uniforms though, so that might explain a couple of things.
