    I wonder how many Ka52s are actually in service. By the "bort" numbers I'm making out 3-4 different crafts.

    these are just diff pics from same events... and some of these helos are used for presentations and parades all the time...

    as for the numbers I am not sure but here's some info on the subject (both Russian)

    "Now we supply many types of helicopters to (Russian) Ministry of Defense, this includes the Mi-26T helicopters, as well as Mi-8AMTSH, Mi-8MTV-5, Mi-28N helicopter, Mi-35M, Ka-52, Ka-226 and Ansat. Priority is given to the Mi-28 and Mi-8 ", - said the source.
