    I think you got the shadow with the ruler on the first pic. The photo on the Russian AFB is too not as clear as the Tuscon Boneyards.

    There is something about that photo from Akhtubinsk that makes me have doubts about it being an F-4. I can't tell for sure due to the poor resolution, but looks like the wing leading edge is cranked and there is no sweep to the trailing edge. I'm going to go out on a limb and offer the Su-15 as another possibility for consideration, nothing concrete, of course.

    Su-15 was my first thought but I think it is not (external tanks, different wings, nose etc).

    I'm not saying it is the Flagon for sure, just offering a possibility, like I already wrote. Plus, the drop tanks on the F-4 are located further outboard and do not protrude that far forward.

    Guys, can someone please explain to me this new RU Digital Camo? I mean, past a distance of about 5m it looks like an OD green, and fails to be disruptive at all. Why not just give them OD coveralls?
