Question: How wide is the Pantsir turret? I'm guessing about 2.5-3.0 m, since it doesn't exceed the width of a military truck.

Excellent picture and also it is new picture, because behind is green Pantsir with new search radar. Are they part of KBP collection or are they for customers? There is also BMD-4, so maybe VDV still receive them although not officially. The turrer of Pantsir looks large because of larger missiles and radars, but I think it have the same size of turret ring as Tunguska turret. It is for sure heavier than Tunguska turret, but this vehicle also carry Tor and Buk turrets, so I don't see big problem to operate Pantsir turret. Anyway I hope Russian ground forces air defense will soon get those tracked Pantsirs in their brigades.

It won't. There will be a newer project of a nuclear destroyer, which is being developed since 2010. According to Interfax, it will take 30 months to complete, so there's only a few months left.

Never. 21956 was an export project, largely based off 956 with modern upgrades, but it didn't induce much enthusiasm in prospective buyers and is virtually dead now. It was never actually intended to be built for Russian Navy. The point is, there's now a new destroyer project in the works, rumored to be large, heavily armed, and, probably, nuclear. For the lack of better designations some observers have started to call this new super-destroyer "21956" too, and confused the hell out of everybody.
