Some background: The Russian Solider is part of the 5th Guards Army, (If an Army formation receives the designation Guards they have distinguished themselves in battle and are "Elite"), Child Solders are not typically part of Guards Armies.
Also this is 1945, in Torgau Germany, Child Conscription had all but evaporated since the Axis were pushed out of the Soviet Heartland and the situation switched from completely dire to established victory.
Not to mention the reconquered territories had plenty of able bodied men, there was no need for child soldiers anymore and so they were sent home.
So no, he is a adult.(Who had a really poor diet during his adolescence, but then again, it was Soviet Russia.)
