24th november 2011, A crew of T-72 lost orientation due to excessive powder gas emissions, and rammed bmp2 at full speed. As a result two tank crewmembers were hospitalised with poisioning. One of bmp2 crewmembers recieved a concussion, and dismounts recieved minor injuries
