Green, actually.
Thought so, know they used the one to the right(black with white cross) but have never seen the other one before.
Looks like the norwegian flag on that pic, although the cross is probably black and not blue?
Green, actually.
Live fire excercises? The I like the moment when guy shoots almost at operator (00.21 ) )) Good reaction btw...
By the way, those 38M Toldi were designated as "38-ton medium tanks" in some Russian WWII-tank books. I just wonder what some people are ready to do to make German pre-41 tank forces larger, than they were actually. Those tanks had engine that couldn't move those tanks if they've stood the whole night at the ground in winter. So Germans placed them on the logs for the night...I don't know whether there are such photos in Internet, but I saw them in printed version.
Not to mention some other wartime publications that describe light tanks as heavies!
BTW, the parking of tanks on straw or logs during freezing winter nights was a common practice. The Brits did it in Korea with their Centurions. The reason: All steel tracks would freeze to the ground and it was likely to result in a burnt-out clutch (irrespective of engine power) as the tank tried to extricate itself...
So what if theres another thread...
