On a link provided a page back, it says that the glass is resistent to 12,7mm rounds and 20mm round fragments. Maybe that helps.
I have a video of T-90S on tank trials in Malaysia during the summer of 2000. Can someone please upload this video to youtube (I tried but it is 15min long):

P.S. Can I be PMed when the video is uploaded?

Glass resisting a 23mm strike is far fetched. Fragments, sure. Hell, it's a marvel that it can stand up to a .50 cal and a 14.5mm (I'm holding a casing up right now, they're huge).
