Just a note- Red 67 above isn't an Su-27UB, it's an Su-30. You can tell by the IFR probe and the offset IRST position.

As I understand it, Lipetsk has some Su-27SMs based there- unfortunately none of those Su-27s are of the SM variant (wrong RWR antenna position, wrong IRST position).

Well as long as he has Putin's support, I don't think that is happening. Kadyrov delivers what Putin wants which is seeming stability and rebuilding of Chechnya. Even if it does happen, third war wont bring much change either. Like Ermolov said "if you want to conquer Chechnya you have to kill every male that is taller then a wagon's whee"l.

Hold a military parade honering Kadyrov and all of his men and blow them all up...

Russia is arming this guy, funding him, making him more and more powerful while he rides around Chechnya like king - kidnapping ordinary Chechens and even federal soldiers once in a while.

The thing that makes me angry the most is his men and Russia's elite forces (Spetsnaz, GRU etc.) seem to have a mutual respect, while the ordinary soldiers are treated like nobody's by the Kadyrovets.
