    Saying someone is "Spetsnaz" isnt being very specific. Considering that in Russia Spetsnaz just means "specially designated troops". Every military branch and sub-branch has "spetsnaz", even the railway troops and probably the firefighters

    That is supposed to be Nakidka - a radar and thermal shroud. You can find some more info here:

    It basicly disrupts the shape of the tank on thermal sights and reduces radar signature.
