All ex USSR republic ruled by US citizens are doing this. It is the best way to angry russians. Divide and dominate. Here is more about it. its a real shame, because then i see real teamwork in space on ISS between russians and all western guys i know that we can be friends.

    Yes, there is.

There is a monument to the Allied soldiers in the Victory Pact in Moscow. And there is also a monument to General De Gaulle. And there is also a monument to the Allied cooperation (represented by Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin) in Sochi, in Southern Russia.

Anything dedicated to the Soviet soldiers in London, Washington, Paris?

There is also Boulevard de Sébastopol. It's not really in honour of the Russian people, by the way. 8)

    But I take your point.

Also, I think the Cenotaph in London is dedicated to all fallen Allied soldiers, though I might be mistaken.

The 4th one should represent a royal air force pilot, but indee dlooks more like soviet naval infanterist with a Mosin rifle.

But indeed quite interesting if there are similar memorials mentioning soviet soldiers in UK and USA. In France there is at least a metro station called Stalingrad
