    Yep, fill them with hot air and they might even throw off some UAVs and satelie operators. Clever tactic, at least on theory.

    proven in action in Yugoslavia in 1999...

    these are not for target practice... some can even emulate microwave signals if required by type... extremely effective

    In the Russian version of the present explanation: "Для штурмовых операций по освобождению заложников и др." (For assault operations on clearing of hostages, etc.)

    That is - firing on a close distance.

    Bereg artillery system has an ability to shoot at fast moving sea targets night and day in any weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -50C to 50C among other things...

    IIRC, it's a "first entry" suit for CQB. These guys not so much walk around as they are carried by their teammates and then go to the enemy-held rooms during the room-by-room stormings. In short, this suit is a kind of wearable riot shield, only with heavier armor.
