    Depends what you mean by "russian public".
    If journalists... "there are variants"...
    If "ordinary people" - normally. They said that the "Russian march past better"... and "the British had the prettiest uniforms"...
    For people it is simple a show.

    no offense to anyone but if those guys are Russian, that is the first black person I have ever seen in Russia (in a picture as I've never actually been there). I wonder what the numbers are of the black population there.

    Rogue, those appear to be US Sailors in Vladivostok. If I recall, an amphibious command ship went into port there for victory day.
