    Are the grey ones (blue 32) newly built or modernized planes, or just repainted old ones? And, what model are they? SMT? M? Because they have the hump on the back like the SMT has...?

    Whats the have unit price of T-90S in todays date?
    Wiki and most other shows the price of 2007 that is 2.23m US$..

    New SAM developed by Belarus company TETRAEDR on the basis of the Russian OSA (SA-8):

    Name : T38 STYLET
    Range: 20 km
    Height: 10 km

    The vehicle is an MZKT-69222
    The new missile looks a bit similar to the Tunguska and Pantsir, but is wider and has different styled planes. I believe it is made by the Ukrainian firm LUCH.
    The guidance system is a moderinized version of the Russian OSA (SA-8).

    I have no further details for the time being.
