    Usually conscript training consists of following steps:
    - basic soldier training;
    - specialist training (ex.: machinegunner, paramedic, signalman, grenade launcher operator and etc.);
    - squad training;
    - platoon training;
    - company/ battalion and larger units training.

    Those large exercises normally are part of last conscript training phase.
