So is it possible that soviet union got some ex-USAF(maybe during Vietnam war) or ex-Iranian Phantom fighter-bombers, when, how many, and HOW ???
Certainly looks like an F4. In the link, second pic next to the phantom marked '4', what is that? Mirage maybe?

Not a good indication but those photos look pre 1979 Iranian revolution, I doubt Soviet Union would have gotten one form the Shah. AFAIK their were no F-4 defections, and the ones that were lost in Vietnam were probably damaged the ones in the photos look in good condition.

This was brought up on ViF just yesterday. In the photo with 3M and Mirage, its F-4 mock-up made for RCS measurement. F-4 on the photo with MiG-23 is a photoshop.

And that mystery plane at Akhtubinsk been bugging me for years.

Are you talking about the one between the Mig and the Su-27? Sure looks like an F-4 to me, but I thought the F-4 was a bit bigger. Even with the fuel tanks, looks like typical F-4 position modern photo too, and Russia could get a F-4 very easily but why?
