GRU spetsnaz are pretty much a myth, I have never seen a pic of them other than the guys from Alfa. Not saying that they don't exist, just that there are no photos of them in the net. Or probably are in front of our eyes, but we don't even know if that's truly them.

I know, I messed up there. IIRC they first belonged to the KGB and later to the FSB. Correct?

    Some pics from me

4 months ago U.S. Army Sgt. Mike Humphreys, a NORAD spokesman, looks out the window of a civilian airplane playing the role of a hijacked airliner as it is escorted by a Su-27 Russian fighter jet, Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2010 as it flies through Russian airspace on a route from an undisclosed location in the Far East to Alaska. The flight was the second part of a first-of-its-kind joint exercise between the U.S. and Russia to test their coordinated response to a potential international hijacking.

3 weeks ago Crew members carry the navy jack flag of the legendary Russian cruiser Varyag on their return to Vladivostok harbour November 17, 2010. The flag was handed over to Russia by South Korean authorities in Seoul on November 11, 2010.

There was something from the 080808 war?
