    it is true that my philosophy is applicable to certain ground systems only and even then there are exceptions. in some areas they have to do with what they already have for quite some time

    Is this thermal imager Russian made or is French product from Thales or Sagem? The name 1TPP1 is more russian.

    AFA it written there it is a Russian-made thermal imager 1TPP1-E for AA rocket complex Pamtsir-S1.

    Russian made thermal imager for Pantsir is a good way, that Russian army will not become dependent on French thermal imagers.

    Independance is good but in case when they are the best imagers in the world it's not an advantage.
