    You missed one important fact: The aircraft MATI and I are referring (The second - which MATI also quoted in his post-, NOT the third in your original post) to has ASh-82 (M-82) radial engines, which saw extremely limited use on the Pe-2, most having M-105 inline engines. Take yor time for a good look, so that we can avoid continuing this misunderstanding.

    On one of the photographs the sign is written in Ukrainian language.
