The tail area for the Su-34 is for all sorts of things. There is a planned rear facing warning radar, but AFAIK it is not fitted yet. It will carry fuel and from memory there are upward firing chaff and flare launchers in its top.
The Su-34 is pretty much a strike aircraft though it can carry modern beyond visual range AAMs it will generally by trying to fly fast towards or away from a target it is about to or has just hit.
Optimally it will operate from medium height above the trashfire using its onboard ECCM systems to protect it from SAM threats. For difficult well protected targets it can fly low and fast, or use standoff weapons. The rear mounted radar is intended to give it all round vision without having to do a 360 every once and a while to check its 6.
It will likely have avionics that support the dropping of dumb ordinance from low and medium altitudes. Accuracy will be better than WWII, but not laser guided accuracy. Some area targets do not require a high level of accuracy.
(Obviously when accuracy is required it can carry all sorts of TV, IIR, laser, and satellite guided bombs and missiles.)
Probably weapon seperation tests, to make sure the released weapons fall clear of the aircraft and are not sucked up by the airflow and hit the aircraft. Is it not too high bombing with dummy bombs
Regarding the Saiga... I can only have 7 shot mags for centre fire automatic rifles... and I have a Chinese Type 56S. Basically a copy of the AKM.10 rd 7.62x39.
Do you have a Saiga/Vepr?
