    Yes you are.

    It may not be the best sniper weapon in the world. But it is definitly not a POOR sniper rifle.

    Just for your information:
    - The optics is not (a fixed) part of the rifle. You can change the type of optics. You should not judge the quality of the rifle by the quality of the scope on it.
    - Ammuntion quality varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Nothing to do with the quality of the rifle itself.
    -Regarding the stock: the most fragile part of a sniper rifle is actualy the optics. In the field, soldiers have to carry their super-accurate sniper rifles like they carry a new-born baby. Don't worry to much about the stock of the SV-98, it is less frgile than any optics you mount on it.
