That's actually A Belgian Army NCO (Sgt) of 14A, the AA Bn with the Mistral mounted on a Unimog truck. Good pics!

Why do they hold their weapons like that? Don't they loose it as soon as they pull the trigger? I've seen US grunts hold their weapons like that, too, but I always thought it was just a more comfortable way to look through the scope without the intention of actually shooting.
