I know a guy who is 170cm and of 100% chinese heritage, he was born and raised here.
Whenever he is in China, visiting relatives, they comment on how tall he is.
His usual reply is something like, "you think I'm tall? You should check out the Netherlands, then you'll see some really tall people!".

I LOLed when he told me that.

In fact we are so tall, on average, in the Netherlands that we had to raise the roof of the troop compartment for our new CV9035MkIII NL IFV's.

If 184 is average for Netherlands, means about half is higher then that! Must be all the weed!

I'm still trying to figure out why so many people think height is an advantage in a fight, or otherwise. A short guy, who doesn't grab-a*s around, will kick your a*s in the boardroom, on the battlefield, or in the bar just as quickly as a tall one of the same ethos will. "Underestimating people based upon height; awesome strategy!"

The IQ listing looks like it is just EU or Europe.

BTW I am an 'average height' US-UK person but I had always thought of myself as short compared to most people I know or see around. I really love it when I am sitting on an airplane with tons of legroom and some giant next to me is crunched up in a ball Small man's revenge.

For a guy the size of his mojo is critical but height not really cause we have ladders these days. lol Shorter people tend to have less joint problems as they age, also running and hiding from cops is easier.
