Default Looking for Swedish M90 Hjalm cover

Hi!

I am on the hunt for a Swedish M90 helmet cover, 2nd type for the swedish Hjalm M90, I cannot find anything on eBay, tradera and I have searched google dry. It is a real bitch to get a hold of! I know that official military gear is restricted in Sweden, most airsofters join the "Hemvarnet" and get the unifrom for free but must hand it back in after they leave and must pay for any items that are "lost" or stolen. Could someone point me in the direction of a Swedish army M/90 Helmet cover? Or even sell one to me privatley?

if you can help please do!

/Josh

I have everything, except the weapons. The military havent requested it back since i quit a "youth program". You know when teenagers get to test out the military before, Miliary service.

So i have a storage full of equipment

Very true. Guessing we are talking about FBU, and if that's the case then they are likely to ask for the gear back at some stage.
From memory I did one year in FBU back in the early 90's...and it took them till after I rotated home from Bosnia in 98 to ask for the gear back.
Oh, and that wasn't even the current uniform system they were asking to get back but the old disused M58 system.

I recently ditched some M-59 kit from FBU which I've had since 1981 so don't count on them calling you. If they do call me in the future I'll have to AFSE it.

AFSE = Anmälan om Förlust av Statlig Egendom (Report of Loss of Government Property)
You basically fill out a form and pay for what you've lost (but it's cheaper than the surplus stores).
Sorry I drifted OT

It is ok, I learned a little swedish to keep me going on holiday, it dosen't extend that far (Yet)!

How much do you think the "loss" of a helmet cover would dent a pocket? 200 SEK? More? Less? Do you think if I brought the helmet cover from sunD for £20 GBP equivelent to 233.59 SEK it would pay for postage costs and IF the military what it payed for he will have enough to cover himself? I don't want to get him into touble over a silly little thing like this!

BTW: SunD, can you provide a photograph of the cover we are discussing? Please?

/Josh

Hmmm, I would had thought they'd moved the paperwork to another office, to the one second closest... Either way, if I am gonna buy it from you, I am not gonna get you into any trouble, financially or legally!
