I'd always thought that Cameron had only promised a referendum if the Lisbon Treaty had not been ratified. I think a renegotiation alternative may work OK for a furture Tory PM. Labour will, with breathtaking hypocrisy, try to attack this in order to shift Tory votes to UKIP.
Of course the real villains here are Labour. Through them we now have: An un-elected PM (in position because Blair promised that he'd serve a full third term |

I'm not a massive Tory supporter, but this current Labour Government is beyond bad on so many levels Farage of UKIP has an unfortunate demeanor, but actually speaks quite well. Unfortunately, a vote for UKIP may keep Brown in power another five years and I hope its a trap that the Uk electorate don't fall into! |
