Nice, except the A&K Masada has been known to bust internally pretty quick. But all the better to drop in a completely new gearbox and have a bitchin' new weapon.

Better to just wait for the Official MagPul PTS, it has a bunch of add-ons and is coming soon.

This is the "sportline" model that Magpul PTS has licensed A&K to produce. Magpul PTS did this because A&K beat them to the punch and released a Masada waaay sooner than Magpul PTS could have hoped, so instead of beating the competition, Magpul PTS bought them out.

Got mine a few months ago.

I decided not to screw around and completely replaced the mechbox...it was shooting 235 out of the box, now it's coming in at around 380fps. I also added the Monda short barrel kit and replaced the hop bucking. Now it's great!

A quick glance around the internets states it's a v2 gearbox, but something about SR25 nozzles??

I have a line on one of these, but I'm wondering if it'd just be better to tough it out for the official PTS one...?
