It looks pretty meaty - the real reason why all of the TV stars looked so meaty and sweaty during the 1970s. They ate stuff like this in between set appearances.

I'm a fan of steak tartare, but it seems a bit strange serving raw pork. Then again, sanitation for animal husbandry has come a long way.
Presentation is pretty cool though. |

God, I'm really craving for a good "Mettbrötchen" now.
I'd say Mett is much more poplar in Germany than Sauerkraut. Here in northern Germany we hardly ever eat Sauerkraut for example. |
