Looks like Joe Medicine Crow that Pres. Obama gave a "shout out" to as a Medal of Honor recipient, isn't a medal of honor recip. after all. Oops!

Isn't there a law against pretending to be a MOH recipient?

Yes there is! There are laws against misrepresentation in general but there is a seperate statute aganst false claims of holding an MOH.

Besides the one where I wanna give the a-hole 20 lashes!

Joe Medecine Cow never has claimed to be a MOH winner. Obama confused the nations highest award for Valor with the Medal of Freedom he gave Crow on August 12th, 2009, thats the pathetic part.

Crow does have the CIB and Bronze Star for his WWII Service
