Default Post-WW2 Nazi Panzers

Hi guys

Does anyone have any pics of WW2-era German tanks that served in the post-war era? I heard the French used Panthers into the 1950s, that Syria had some PzIVGs, etc.

Does anyone have any pics?

lol...but considering panzer means tank to simply say post ww 2 german panzers would mean more pics of Leos 1 & 2, and that isn't what he wanted...

Exactly. I don't want pics of Leopards or even M-48s - just tanks that saw service with the Wehrmacht during WW2 that surivived to serve beyond that.

I'm well aware of the Nazi-German thing - but I thought calling them Nazi tanks would be more specific. Obviously everyone understood that but you.

lol....I think the germans on this board are used to the term "nazi" when it comes to anything that left our country before, during and after WW2.

If you would ask your average guy on the street if he knows anything that Germany "accomplished" in the past 200 years the answers will be something like this:

1. they invented nazism (which is actually false)

2. we started WW2

3. Holocaust

4. PAAAANZZZEEERRS

Germany was always one of the leaders of military technology. Because of their good engineers.

JAGDPANZER HETZER G13

After WW2, the Swiss purchased 158 of these small tank destroyers, in service until 1972

Sorry fellow countryman but I have to correct you, the sentence above must read:

"Germany is the leader of military technology. Because of our good engineers."
