One of the rare times I see the 10th Group mentioned

I've spent time with the 10th in N.Iraq / Turkey in 1991. FOB at Batman Airbase.

the ak is a great weapon, my m8 has one and the only problem with it is that the gun throws the empty shells about 7 meters away from the gun when firing, leaving the other members of the club with a rain of shells . I thinks it's quite hard to injure yourself like that, maybe the plates shot back

I remember my best mate up at 2rar when we got the new GLA was on the range and he wasnt grippiung it tightly enough becuase supposedly there is "minimal recoil" newho the optic sight on his styer when right into his eyebrow, here we are all pissing ourselves when he needed 5 stiches and TLC - did we give it - no!
